If you have just come up with a great new design style, and you have a great thought concept in mind, if you want to put pen to paper, you must start the development of your new design style, if you want to push it out there, and try to get a sale on the design style. Whether it is a new software package, a new way to communicate, or any new technology you have thought up, if you want to put up a proposal, you are going to have something concrete in order to show to the potential buyers of the product, if you ever want to get it sold. The only way to sell, is to have something to put forth, and show why the product you are delivering is so great.

Not only do you have to have something to show, you must be a great sales person. Even if the concept is not 100 clear, or you do not have all the specs and details yet, if you can sell yourself, you are going to be able to sell the product to any person you are presenting it to, if it is a sound concept.
